These Terms govern your use of PrepStatic (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

PrepStatic provides study notes and practice questions for the UPSC Prelims static syllabus, along with a guided daily study plan. Content is provided for personal exam preparation.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up. Accounts are for a single individual and may not be shared.

Access and payments

• A free preview of selected notes and questions is available without payment.
• Full access is a one-time purchase of ₹750 that grants one year of access to all content. It does not auto-renew; after a year you may purchase again to continue.
• Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds and cancellations are handled under Google Play’s policies.
• Prices and the access period may change for future purchases.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, scrape or publicly share the notes, questions or explanations.
• Share, transfer or sell your account or access.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its notes, explanations, design and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. Past-year examination questions remain the property of their respective examining bodies; our explanations and study material are our own. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for exam preparation — it does not transfer ownership.

Educational disclaimer

PrepStatic is a study aid. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current, and we do not guarantee any particular examination result. Content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Always verify important facts with official sources.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
